Treatment
for Women

It is not uncommon for successful women, who outwardly seem to have it all, to be inwardly crying out for something that they dare not even share with their closest friends.  Discovering how to use your body in harmony with your sexual responses is a natural process that can be experienced without anxiety through the supportive and sensitive help available at The School of ICASA.

Women's sexual problems are often considered either too complicated to try to resolve or simply 'one of those things' which a woman is supposed to put up with.  The fact is that painful sex or the inability to orgasm can be successfully resolved through supportive ICASA Sexual Healing Programmes.

Please be assured that, should you visit us for help, you will be treated with the utmost sensitivity, dignity and with complete confidence.

Fear of Intimacy,
Insecurity
or
Inexperience

"I don't know whether you can help me or even if I can be helped.. I saw an article about ICASA in a magazine in my dentists waiting room and it could have been written about me... I am 29 and still single. Although I have been out on dates before I have never had what I would call a 'real' boyfriend; because of this I am sexually very inexperienced.  Don't misunderstand - I am not naive and I'm not generally a shy person - I have a good job and great friends but I'm beginning to give up hope of ever being in a loving relationship. I just don't have the confidence to meet the kind of men I want to meet..."

The letter above was sent to us by a past client who, after completion of the ICASA Recovery Programme, found the confidence to approach someone she had known for a while and consequently, with whom, she has now been in a happy relationship for some six months. It is not uncommon for successful women, who outwardly seem to have it all, to be inwardly crying out for someone to share their life with. Although at work or with friends they may be outgoing and confident, sexually they feel inexperienced and just don't know where to start when it comes to relationships.

Having little or no sexual experience can be difficult but discovering how to use your body in harmony with your sexual responses is a natural process that can be experienced without anxiety through the supportive and sensitive help available at The School of ICASA.

Orgasmic Dysfunction
and Painful Sex

"Do you manage an orgasm when you're with a man....?"

A party-stopping question if ever there was one!

Read a magazine and you would be led to imagine that most women experience the subtle skill of multiple orgasm every time they have sex.  Very nice for them!  Recent statistics indicate, however, that less than a third of women regularly achieve a single orgasm and, of the suffering majority, a massive 70% have never achieved an orgasm during intercourse! So where do women who cannot achieve an orgasm or those for whom sexual intercourse is a painful experience - the most common of female sexual problems - turn to for help?   Through The ICASA Recovery Programme these problems can now be not only addressed but successfully overcome.

Sexuality

After Menopause,

Surgery or Trauma

Many women feel that their sexuality may be diminished or even that it has ended as a result of the menopause.  Different physical, emotional and mental responses towards intimacy can produce anxiety and fear with regards to sex.  For many, this means the prospect of spending the remainder of their relationship in silent isolation or, for those not in a loving relationship, the likelihood of remaining alone because of the fears associated with post menopausal sexual responses.  The ICASA Recovery Programme can be a most effective and appropriate way for a woman to rediscover her sexuality without anxiety.

Some surgical procedures can leave individuals feeling disfigured, unattractive and, in many cases, completely unacceptable to their sexual partner.  Intimacy and sexuality can become a thing of the past; an aspect of life too emotionally painful to recommence without very sensitive help.
